What is Compounders?
By Omar Kamel · Last updated 11 May 2026
Compounders is a platform for ambitious economics and finance students between roughly 18 and 25 years old who want structure, not noise. The thesis is simple: most students consume more advice than they can act on. Without a structure to translate effort into outcomes, that effort leaks. Compounders is the structure.
What Compounders provides
- The SCALE framework — a five-step operating system: Source, Create, Architect, Link, Evolve.
- A structure diagnostic — a short assessment that returns a Leverage Score and identifies the weakest layer in your stack.
- A 14-resource toolkit — practical PDFs covering research, writing, internships, fitness, finance, and confidence.
- The 7-day SCALE Challenge — a daily email sequence walking through each letter of SCALE with a downloadable action sheet.
Who it is for
Students at universities like IE, Bocconi, LSE, Sciences Po, and similar programs who already work hard but want a system that compounds. Compounders is not a content firehose; it is a small, opinionated set of tools.
How it works
- Take the diagnostic to find your weakest layer.
- Read the SCALE method to understand the operating system.
- Use the toolkit to fix specific gaps.
- Optionally subscribe to Builder (€4.99/mo) for the full toolkit, or apply for Compounder access for the cohort experience.
